Nine cut line
Clazing Export Slaughterhouse has a separate machine for chicken 9 cuts, which enables us to supply a chicken 9 cut. This is particularly popular in Great Britain.
A whole chicken, but in 9 cuts: two wings, two legs, two thighs and three backbone cuts, ready to be fried. The 9 cuts are packed in one practical bag.
